FAQs

Is Jordan dangerous for tourists?

Compared to many of its neighbors in the Middle East, Jordan is an exceptionally safe country to visit. In fact, the Jordanian government puts a lot of effort and money into making visitors feel safe through high-profile security and police presence in tourist regions and in hotels.

How long does it take to tour Petra?

You can comfortably see Petra in a day. Everyone has different levels of historic site tolerance: you could spend five to six hours exploring, or twice that time – but even so, a day gives you plenty of time.

When can you hike the Jordan Trail?

The best time to hike in Jordan is between Marchs to May, when spring-like temperatures start to climb back up but it's not too hot yet for the Middle East. Spring is a popular time for hiking in Jordan as the weather is cool with only a slight chance of rain. And from September to November as well.

Will I be warm enough in the desert at night?

The desert weather can change quickly. We suggest you should bring a warm jacket, gloves and beanie. Bringing nice sleeping bag with you is optional depending on your preference. We have gas heaters, warm blankets and wood fire
