If you need to cancel your trip in Jordan or any of our other destinations for any personal reason…A refund will normally be made to the same account, and using the same method used for the original payment and processed within 2 weeks after cancellation is made.
Unless otherwise stated, cancellations made less than 30 days before the date of arrival will incur a certain percentage of tour amount as below:
- Between 29 & 21 days: 50% of the total tour amount
- Between 20 & 15 days: 60 % of the total tour amount
- Between 14 & 3 days prior to arrival: 70% of the total tour amount
- Less than 3 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total tour amount
Any fees associated with the refund are deducted from the refunded amount (such as wire transfer fees, credit card processing fees etc). Refunds of flight tickets will be dependent on the cancellation fee imposed by the airline.
